This coordinated approach is known as Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Project Management.

Unlike conventional construction projects, an EPC project integrates engineering design, procurement of equipment and materials, construction activities, testing, commissioning, and project closeout within a unified project delivery approach.

The objective is straightforward:
