Managed ISGCC’s electrical-engineering and site execution support as a subcontractor to NIT, the Main EPC Contractor, for the SEC Farasan 132 kV Substation & STATCOM Project under SE-PDC, covering construction support, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, energization, technical submittals, inspections, multidisciplinary interfaces, quality compliance and project documentation.

Led the control-system upgrade project for GT8&9 at SEC Tehama EPP as Control Systems Engineer & Project Leader, representing the Owner’s Engineer and managing the EPC Contractor through engineering, installation, testing, commissioning and successful implementation of the upgraded control systems.

Led EI&C commissioning and start-up activities as Principal Engineer and Commissioning Lead for the 2,892 MW SEC Jeddah South Power Plant, comprising four 723 MW supercritical thermal generating units, coordinating testing, energization, performance verification and final project handover.

Managing the EPC Contractor as Consultant for I&C construction, commissioning, testing, and handover of 31 gas turbine units across the Rabigh and Al-Wajh Power Plant Extension Projects.

Managed the EPC Contractor, Arabian BEMCO Contracting Co., as Consultant through construction and commissioning of the 1,920 MW PP9 Extension & Reinforcement Project, Blocks C, D & F, with responsibility for C&I construction supervision, commissioning inspections, FAT/SAT witnessing and EPC Contractor management
